I am excited to learn about the Junior Quality Assurance Tester job vacancy at your company. I feel I have the relevant experience and skills needed for this role.

I have gained experience in dealing with the PlayStation Community at SCEE. The role is varied with a high volume of tasks, it involves moderation of user generated content as well as reporting consumer's issues and gaming trends and maintaining the forums, keeping a good vibe and atmosphere within the online community which is suitable for all ages.

Also, I have three years of testing experience in QA. The challenges proposed by the role have varied throughout the years and included hands-on testing, managing testing teams and training new testers. This has not only given me a keen eye to detail, it has also taught me to how to communicate specific skill-sets to new trainees, as well as how to maintain these same skills through guidance and motivation of the team.

I hold a degree in Computer Games Design, which forms the theoretical foundation for my experience within the industry and was also my starting point in the pursuit of a career in the games industry.

On my free time I maintain an interest in level and game design in different games and engines.

Furthermore, I have been a passionate and dedicated gamer for over 20 years. It was this persistent passion that led to my decision of pursuing a career in the games industry and encouraged my move from Portugal to London. I strongly believe that all these choices are representative of my dedication, motivation and pro-activeness to progress in the industry.
