With extensive commercial managerial experience, I possess a deep understanding of the technicalities of all aspects of packaging, pre-press, point of sale, brand management and print.

I effectively leverage resource and ensure global assignments are completed to schedule and on budget. While providing expertise in establishing solutions to drive significant savings (e.g. one project - over $1.2 million per FISCAL).

Operating in fast-paced environments ensure I am an agile decision-maker, this allows me to identify and implement innovative process/technical improvements that increase responsiveness and transform efficiency.

I have a track record of results in business operations including strategic planning, multifunctional team leadership coupled with a passion for organisation building. I'm also an advocate of team shaping, people development and have delivered training on print technologies and artwork construction for teams in Shanghai, Geneva, Warsaw, Cincinnati and NYC.
