Spearheaded by Iain Blair and Kate Barron, both of whom have 15 years experience in retail recruitment, we are part of an already successful business, ReThink Recruitment. We provide a wide range of recruitment services to the retail sector, ranging from one off permanent hires through to a fully outsourced recruitment offering.

Our revenue from the retail marketplace in 2011 was in excess of £28m. And we aim to grow this further by strengthening and deepening relationships and providing new services to our retail clients.
