My name is Iza and I am currently seeking new opportunities as a project/account manager, ideally within a global marketing environment where I will be able to utilize both my expertise in translation/localization and experience of working within a fast-paced centre for marketing and communications.

As a Project Manager for the Central Office of Information, my role was to manage projects targeting diverse audiences in the UK from briefing through execution to delivery. I coordinated work of cross-functional teams, managed an international pool of external suppliers and liaised with private sector agencies. I also acquired resources and took lead in quality management (structured and executed internal audits and ensured team's processes were in line with Bureau VERITAS standards - BS EN 15038 awarded two years in a row). Throughout all aspects of my work, I placed strong focus on providing cost-effective solutions to clients. I also developed and maintained positive and productive stakeholder relationships (consistent customer feedback scores 9+ out of 10).

As a fast learner and strong believer in self-improvement, I have been developing beyond my current fields of expertise and can easily become an asset to your company. I am a confident self-starter thriving in both an independent and team-oriented environment.
