About me

I am currently freelancing at Edvantage as a Project Manager. Before
contracting, I worked as a Project Manager at Academy Internet /
RedTray for over two and a half years. This role meant I had to ensure
the smooth, efficient and timely completion of high quality e-Learning
projects were delivered on budget and on time. I have experience
working with charities, the public sector and also blue chip
organisations.
My responsibilities include:

· Manage and lead project teams through all phases of the
project lifecycle.

· Anticipate and escalate events/issues to stakeholders and
senior management.

· Deliver to meet project objectives in a phased approach with a
high level of quality, to time and within budget.

· Ensure correct project governance is applied to all
projects.

· Manage customer relationship / expectations and manage third
parties.

I also have 7 years experience working for a large Blue Chip
organisation as an eBuisness Executive. My role involved helping to
develop and manage web projects and also manage the email
communications strategy.
