Scheduling and Coordinating the Stereo department on Disney’s The Lion King (2019), with added Production Manager duties.
Duties includes, but are not limited to:
• Scheduling all shots for client delivery.
• Managing daily, weekly and monthly targets.
• Maintaining and distributing weekly progress report.
• Building strong relationships and collaborating with all departments for upcoming deliveries.
• Managing artist workload.
• Note taking and distribution of these from Dailies Reviews.
• Ensure shots ready for client review are sent.
• Updating shot database with current status and progress of shots.
