Dear Sir or Madam,

My name is Richard Bland and I am an experienced Website Manager and Front-End Developer (HTML & CSS focused).

I am proficient with Adobe Dreamweaver, Fireworks, and Photoshop CS6 and can perform multiple tasks relating to website design and development.

I've worked as a freelancer running my own business for 3 years, working with local SMB's and helping to assist with their search engine optimisation and managing their website presence.

Currently I am working full time as a website manager and online marketing assistant for Arnott Group (2 years), an engineering company based in Northamptonshire. My day to day tasks include management of website content and monitoring of website analytics. I provide on-going coding and design work for the websites and once a month I produce an email marketing template for Mailchimp.

I'm self-taught and passionate about the web, constantly learning and taking online courses to keep me up to speed. I'm active within the web community online and enjoy keeping abreast of the latest techniques and trends.

Overall I would describe myself as a web generalist with a thirst for knowledge in all areas relating to website design and development.
