Dear Sir / Madam,

I would like to apply for the Junior 3d Designer vacancy as currently advertised on the Creativepool website (ref: BSMLS8618).

I have several years professional experience as a 3d Graphics Designer in the UK and Canada, creating content with varying creative and technical specifications for numerous industries including: inflight-entertainment and print, tv and internet advertising, animation, visualisation and engineering.

I am experienced in numerous aspects of pre and post production in both 2D and 3D graphics with particular strengths in 3d modelling, 3d texturing, shading, lighting, rendering and compositing. In addition to this I also have experience in associated areas such as: Motion graphics, Video editing, Photo retouching, Branding, GUI design and CAD drawing.

My software expertise includes: Maya, 3ds Max, Mental Ray, Octane Render, Mudbox, Photoshop, After Effects, Illustrator, Premiere, AutoCAD and MS Office.

I was most recently employed as a 3D Architectural Visualiser creating Cgi images and animations for architectural exteriors and interiors based on CAD data. In addition to this I also created 3D Cgi renders to market kitchen, bathroom, lighting and furniture designs for use in print and on the web.

I believe a salary of £22,000 to be commensurate with my professional experience and expertise to date. I am currently based in Hednesford, Staffs but willing to relocate and start at the earliest opportunity available if offered the position.
