About me

I gained a BA Degree in Typography and Graphic Communication at The University of Reading (4 yrs).

I graduated in June 2001 and have been working in graphic design for print since then, freelancing for the last 5 years.

My experience covers artworking and design for marketing, branding, retail and publishing. I also have experience of retouching and repro work. Over my career I have gained a vast understanding of print. I am also a competent photographer and a skilled illustrator.

I have a passion for the work I produce, keen attention to detail and an eye for what looks good. I am hardworking and extremely creative but just as happy artworking up a storm. I learn quickly and I am a very good communicator. I work well under pressure independently and within a team.

I'm enthusiastic, positive and would be an asset to any studio. I really enjoy meeting new people and fitting into new environments has never been a problem for me. I want to develop my career and learn as much as I can along the way.

I live between Reading, Berkshire and Basingstoke in Hampshire. Travel to London is not an issue and I am set up as a limited company. I have all the necessary tools to work from home (CS5). My web developing skills are basic but I often get involved in the creative work behind web design.
