About me

Having seen the opening for Account Executive at TAG I wanted to put myself forward as a potential candidate for the role. I graduated in Graphic Design at Brighton University in 2011 and since then have been working to gain experience in the more administrative, production and client service based side of the design sector.

For the past year I have been working at Sparks Studio, a small design studio based in East London. The role is split between business development and studio co-ordination and has allowed me to gain a wide range of skills which are further explained in my CV.

As the only non-designer in a 4-5 employee studio I largely work independently. Although I am confident in my ability and skills, I enjoy working as part of a team and I feel at this stage of my career I would benefit from working with others in similar roles to my own.

My current position has given me a great deal of experience and confidence working with clients, pitches and general administration tasks. I am now looking to use what I have learnt and develop in a larger agency in a dedicated Account Executive role that I can grow with.

Having worked in customer service roles throughout my education I have good experience dealing with the public and I am polite, friendly and proactive. I enjoy helping people and enjoy problem solving. I am highly organised and always make an effort to make sure everything I do is done to the best of my ability. Due to the nature of my degree I am highly competent using computers and a wide range of software.

The role at TAG really appeals to my aims and ambitions professionally. I admire the work produced by your team and the range of clients you work with and I would love the opportunity to develop my career as part of such a diverse organisation. A particularly appealing element of the job description to me is the variety in the role and the split between project management and production responsibilities.
