ABOUT
The design is based on basic forms of furniture, in both materials (only two) and general semantics. The minimalist concept of this chair refers to classical and iconic forms of seating, with an emphasis on ergonomic requirements. Simplicity, austerity, but also functionality and comfort are joined in one unit.
The frame is made from light wood - treated, bleached or naturally light. It is lightweight, with perforations for easy carrying. These perforations are also used for fastening of upholstered seat - cushion with two straps. The upholstery is therefore easily removable, it can be washed in the washing machine. Following the idea, the fabric is meant to be a solid color with no pattern.
The wooden frame used alone, without padding, is intended for occasional seating. A derived variant presents a public seating bench for various environments. Just like the original concept, it also follows the basic shape and meets the whole set of design requirements.
