SK-II engaged Positive Design to execute a refreshed retail counter at David Jones Bondi Junction, aligning with the brand’s new global equity design. With the concept provided by SK-II’s global team, Positive Design managed the detailed execution—from technical drawings and custom fixture production to site coordination and visual merchandising—ensuring the design was adapted seamlessly into the department store environment. Close collaboration with SK-II, the department store, and local installation partners enabled agile decision-making and fast turnarounds, even under tight timelines. The result was a high-quality, on-brand space delivered on schedule, earning strong praise from the client and reinforcing Positive Design’s reputation for precision and excellence in luxury retail delivery.
