My approach as a specialist recruitment consultant is very consultative, with a fresh and genuine energy - I strive to make the perfect connections between my clients and candidates and will not give up until both parties are happy. I am very tenacious, yet transparent in my work - with the aim of both candidates and clients feeling a sense of trust and partnership, where their needs are thoroughly understood and met. I have been told I am too honest for a recruiter, but I think that is the only way! I take my time to listen to my clients and candidates and also use my own instinct to gauge what would be the best direction to take. As an ex-marketer from the leisure industry and with a Masters in Marketing, I come equipped with a strong knowledge base.
