The Brief:
Off-plan marketing concurrent with the construction phase. The objective was to generate compelling visual assets to drive early sales and secure investors long before the foundation stone was laid. This proactive approach aims to significantly reduce capital lock-up by convincing buyers based on digital models alone.

Design & Execution:
In close collaboration with the agency Ehrenberg 360°, we translated the pure Balearic lifestyle into tangible digital assets. We delivered a complete suite of high-end exterior and interior renderings, focusing on authentic lighting and regional materials to make the exclusive atmosphere of the Mediterranean property visually accessible.

AI-Driven Efficiency:
Empty architectural visualizations often feel sterile and lack a sense of scale. To convey true livability, we utilized generative AI as a targeted post-production tool. Rather than replacing the meticulously handcrafted 3D foundation, AI acted as the final layer of polish—seamlessly populating the clean 3D environments with highly realistic people. This hybrid workflow bypasses the time-consuming setup of traditional 3D characters, saving significant production time while maximizing the emotional impact of the sales imagery.
