As Bid and Brand Manager for this consultancy, one of my objectives was to rewrite the website to make it easier for customers to understand the company's offer.

When I took the task on, I found a website full of supportive statements, but one which did little to explain the company's business. I refreshed not only the wording, but also the layout, navigation and graphic content. I reordered the site to improve the experience for customers, and I added pages showing real-life projects to demonstrate our offer. My goal was simple: every sentence had to explain something, and nobody should have to read anything more than once.

Traffic to the site increased following the rewrite, and we received far more enquiries through our contact page than we had done before. The new wording proved so popular that it was adopted as standard content in all our proposals and marketing documents.
