PHILLIPS DESIGN STUDIO were appointed by our amazing clients to design, plan & PM to fully convert their dilapidated 3 bed maisonette in trendy Clapton, we fully demolished the existing internal spaces, designed and secured planning for an amazing full width full height dormer with Juliette balcony and created an amazing open plan living dining / kitchen with exposed walls and original features. A further 2 large double bedrooms to the upper floor, a family bathroom & cloaks / utility room. In the newly formed loft, a master bed with panoramic views, shower room and concealed dressing room complete this amazing East London property.
