I led the creation of the award-winning re-design - MetrixLab UK Website of the Year Awards in 2013.

The task included
- coordinating and overseeing the work of in-house creative / UX / editorial teams and external suppliers
- programmatic test and learn incremental refinement
- team structuring and methodology improvement to drive effective delivery
- guidelines for online business strategy aims, editorial output, creative delivery and technical implementation standards
