'The City' project touches on the old subject of how rushed and hectic city-life can become. Synchronising identities to the point of no distinction because that is what the city requires (at least from 9 to 5!). I found Mr Barkley on a busy street in Shanghai and looking back at him I thought he fits just fine in the even busier streets of London.
