This is video is a fictional tale of a man who feels he has lost everything and has succumbed to drinking nonstop, to point he can not function without alcohol. It shows the negative side of the effects of alcohol and the mind for that matter and hence the name "Devil In A Bottle" the devil being the drink has lured him in and taking a hold of his mentality. In a way, it serves as an awareness video but also a little journey.
The video was directed and stars and edited by myself Peter O Toole but I also had help by introducing two of my friends to shooting a video for the first time, so they gave me a hand with some camera shots and since it was their first time I decided to leave some of their shots in the final edit as to showcase that they too were learning to shoot on their own. I shot some of the video from the view of a drunken man's eyes so messed around with some hots and style's and also shot in traditional style but wanted to experiment.The reason I chose the song was to show how this man was lured into the drink(Devil) by a tempted mistress and how it was a lie hence the fact the devil could be any sex.
