About me

I have a Masters degree with distinction, and wish to put the abilities tested on this course to use in developing my career and in setting myself further challenges. My writing and creative skills are of a high standard, but as shown through my dissertations and essays at university, I have always been able to deliver this quality within strict timescales

In all of my roles, especially for Phones 4u but also elsewhere in my career I have needed to communicate accurately and in a timely manner with stores and external agents and colleagues to provide solutions, areas in which clear, concise communication that fully deals with the matters in question has proven essential.

I enjoy a challenge and have good I.T. skills and communication skills, having worked in an I.T. role and used computers at work, university and at home for several years. I am a proven team player, and also work well alone.
