About me

I have over 20 years as a practitioner and leader in Experience Design, working across multiple industry verticals, with some of the world's largest and best known brands in digital e-commerce. In 2002, I co-founded global product and service design company Foolproof, now part of Zensar Technologies.

My particular interest is understanding the developments that are going to influencer all our lives over the next 5 to 10 years, in particular the role that technology is going to play in linking the digital and physical worlds together. The impact of these connections on consumers and brands is going to be very bit as revolutionary as the emergence of e-commerce itself, and organisations need to start preparing for this now.
