Computer and Hardware Technician with experience of Audio/Visual environments and equipment including Apple hardware. Studied at degree level in Hardware Engineering, with a proven track record of efficient and pro-active troubleshooting and repair.

A natural aptitude with technology combined with a close understanding of the creative process, and the corresponding importance of IT and multimedia assets to workflow, engender a close partnership with the end users of systems to resolve faults and provide expert technical advice when requested.
