ABOUT
In 1945, President Rosevelt thought it was time to recognize the economic and cultural importance of the Hispanic community to the nation, and commissioned an official version of the U.S. National Anthem in Spanish.
Unfortunately, the U.S. was not yet ready to take such a big step towards equality, and the Anthem was forgotten by time.
The rediscovery of El Pendón Estrellado by Hispanic Star shook the country and was featured in 220+ media channels, but more importantly, it's been adopted not just by Hispanics, but also by organizations and media, and is being sung and distributed with increasing frequency and pride.
