Living in't City with a fancy degree,
It started off well, in an editing job,
Then money got tight, brain started to throb.
Fancy this and fancy that,
Free meals for two, got drunk and got fat,
Free tickets here and VIP there,
Popping the Aspirin and ripping out hair.
Where would it stop, when would it end,
Two jobs is a nightmare, my brain had to mend,
So I gave it up once, I gave it up twice,
Then third time unlucky I gave up my slice.
So here I am now, in a big business bubble,
Come pluck me out or I'll get into trouble,
I'll pimp you my mind for a piece of the pie,
This is not me, if I stay here ill cry.
When I say cry I don't mean depressed,
I just mean to show how I feel repressed
Language is precious, we hear it from birth
