On the night of his new indie film, aspiring actor Michael, brings his writer girlfriend Logan to celebrate the night with him, but her new found career achievements eclipses his and causes a tumultuous turn of the night.

This stylistic short aims to showcase the turbulent feelings of a couple who are simultaneously trying to carve out careers in creative industries. The film highlights the pressures young people are under to ‘be successful’ quickly and how this pressure, when internalised, can mount into jealousy and rage. Bleach endeavours to explore the societal expectations of men and women, and what happens when those roles are subverted. Both Logan and Michael expose each other's fears and insecurities, but the film allows them a chance of redemption to either subscribe to or reclaim that narrative.
