Chitè was launching a new website. They needed new email templates: Following the company's brand guidelines, responsive, all HTML text (even on top of images and buttons) and work without images across multiple devices and email clients.

I created a template divided into several elements. Their staff can modify and reorder the content using just the Mailchimp default editor without having to write any code. Also, they can boost their email campaigns integrating data and products from their own eCommerce platform: attaching recommended products, abandoned shopping carts and more personalised product suggestions and content.

The layout design has been decided after a thorough AB testing campaign, getting a considerable increase in opening rates and conversion.
