ABOUT

Briefing: Exercise involving the complete redesign of the local science museum logo.

Original proposition paper pinned us against 3 museums of choice, the army museum, marine museum and science museum. I think from the moment I finished reading it I had decided I wanted to do the science one.

Multiple reasons for it... First of, I've been lucky to have had a great affinity with science and the nature of experiments ever since I was a kid. I distinctively remember saying I wanted to be mad scientist once I grew up to anyone that would listen. And I simply didn't have that affinity with war artifacts or boats.

But that's not all there is to it, science is something very vast, the others seemed like narrow subjects by comparison and if I had to give them colors... Army would be black and Marine would be blue, science though... Science has the potential of being colorful, bright... happy.

And those are the kind of logos I prefer. (sadly, looking at the actual logo it really wasn't uplifting at all... It even had/has a boat plastered on it)
