A collection of some of the best photos taken around the world by Reuters' photographers.
I designed the layout and cover design for the book.
Along with an editor I chose which photos to include in the book. Many were in very poor condition, low res or pixelated so I did a lot of retouching to make the photos acceptable for printing. I suggested photos were paired based on their visual similarities instead of by subject as originally planned. This made for an unexpected and more interesting viewing experience.
I suggested including a section highlighting the photographers involved which was then included in the book.
After the book was a success further books using the same layout were commissioned from Reuters including The Art of Sport,
