I illustrated these icons as merchandise concepts for one of my favourite albums of all time ‘Lemonade’. The album consists of 12 songs with 12 accompanying videos in the form of a film. I was very inspired by the Film particularly the afro-vintage & afro-antebellum styling through out.
I wanted to translate the iconic looks from Lemonade into simple but recognisable illustrations. These icons were made to be used on merchandise such as posters and t-shirts.
