Legent is a first-of-its-kind collaboration combining the distinct style of Kentucky whiskey with the high art of Japanese blending. It’s the first bourbon release from Jim Beam in almost 30 years and brings together the best of East and West, resulting in a unique and truly special blend of bourbon.

The formula was expertly distilled by Fred Noe, seventh-generation Master Distiller of Jim Beam, bourbon’s pioneering family, and artfully blended by Shinji Fukuyo, fifth-ever Chief Blender of Suntory, the founding house of Japanese whisky.

To evoke all elements of how this brand came to life we honoured the specific whiskey traditions, expertise and the enrichment of the two cultures coming together. On the bottle design, a hand-painted brush stroke incorporates the faces of Fred and Shinji whilst the glass bottle – with its softened edges – reflects the rounded nature of the bourbon, which is also represented in the softened edges of the brand’s typography.
