We're delighted to announce the launch of "Don't Bottle It Up," a unique partnership between Men's Sheds and Hobson Brewery. This innovative initiative, featuring a special non-alcoholic brew, shines a light on the issue of men's mental health. It encourages vital, life-enriching conversations within the Men's Sheds community across the UK, safe spaces where individuals unite to support each other.

Our design uniquely embodies the Men's Sheds ethos, using diverse typefaces as a metaphor for varied and open dialogue. This approach is aimed at empowering men to voice their stories, challenging the stigma around mental health, and affirming that seeking support is a strength, not a weakness.

Join us in this important movement, helping to prioritise mental health one conversation at a time. Together, we can change the narrative around mental health for the better.

“For 'Don't Bottle It Up,' we utilised diverse typefaces to reflect the authentic conversations happening in Men's Sheds across the country. This design choice emphasises the significance of open dialogue and support. It's a direct challenge to the current stigma surrounding men's mental health, encouraging individuals to speak out. Our aim was to initiate change through genuine conversation."
