In 2010 PayasUgym founders Jamie & Neil wanted to swim the Isle of Wight, but couldn’t find a place to train without a gym membership. So, they decided it was time for change.

And that change started a movement. From just 100 gyms in London in 2011 to the largest network of gyms, studios, pools and spas in the UK, we work with a range of fitness partners to bring you the best and most diverse exercise venues.

Our commitment to giving you the freedom to choose when you work out, where you work out and most importantly how you work out continues to guide us.

Because there should be no limits when it comes to living a healthy, happy life, just freedom.
