ABOUT

A very interesting project, not conducted by the usual clientele but instead a steer group, expertly navigated by 6 high school Teenagers. It was fascinating because of the points that were being raised by these bright, enthusiastic and positive young people.

I conducted the questioning of suggestions that popped up during the brainstorming session and then produced a design from the final ideas. What did strike me about the feedback was the popular colour choice for this particular group, which was black and red. They felt that this was what would jump out at them the most if it was hanging up as a poster. The next insightful piece of feedback, was images of lit cigarettes made them instantly want to smoke.

Another interesting hurdle that I enjoyed problem solving was the permission by Her Royal Majesty's Royal Mint for reproduction of Crown property, in this case the use of money. Written emails confirming, allowed the final work to be printed before deadline date.
