About me

Hi I'm Paul. I'm a visual artist based in South London. I studied Fine Art at Cardiff University where I speciallised in making conceptual films graduating with a First Class Honours Degree.

My 2D artwork ranges from the figurative to the abstract consisting of a variety of traditional mediums such as paint, pencil, ink to digital media photography, Photoshop and illustrator.

With regard to securing a job in the Film & TV industry I'm applying myself to the Art department side of things and specifically pre production - concept and storyboarding.

I'm also a musician/songwriter with my instrument of choice being the guitar (I own six!). I have sound production knowledge in both analogue and digital with my home studio running on Steinberg Cubase systems. Examples of audio work can be heard at the following:

With regard to how I perform at a professional level and the wealth of integral transferable skills that I have gained from working in Administration for the Metropolitan Police Service I am proficient in the ability to collect and analyse large amounts of information, weighing up points and counter points to maintain accurate results, I have excellent communication skills with the public and profession alike as well as experience in working within a team whilst also demonstrating the ability to use my own initiative.
