About me

I'm an intellectual property lawyer who also creates abstract art. I started painting through lessons with Mrs Galdys Leman at the Royal Queensland Art Society in 1970's but was distracted from art by a career in law and the protection of intellectual property. I worked with the Textile Fibre Forum and with Arts law in providing advice to creatives about the protection of creativity. I currently teach laws of intellectual property but paint in acrylics, watercolours and oils. I have done a series of Abstract Cats and a series of Bad Spaniels .
