About me

I'm currently the Head of Digital at Contagious and am responsible for overseeing the development of all projects produced by the digital team. These include iOS on iPhone and iPad, other mobile platforms such as Android and Windows, bespoke web based content managed systems and integrated mobile and cloud solutions.

Having been involved in the IT sector since the 90s I joined Contagious in 2006 as a software developer and later became the senior developer. Before being involved in the glamorous world of computer programming I was involved in engineering in both CAD based manufacturing and off-shore work.

Growing up in a heady cocktail of locations such as my home town of Arbroath and later Iran and Malta I spend the rest of my childhood back in the north east of Scotland before making my way to Edinburgh (via Dundee) to seek fame and fortune in the sexy world of software development. I'm still a keen supporter of my childhood team Dundee United and am patiently waiting for a return to former glories.
