About me

After graduating from University I worked as an Artworker for a Brighton based design company. Working in this role gave me invaluable experience in the use of QuarkXPress, Illustrator and Photoshop and the industry practices involved. I also gained experience with Raster Image Processors, large format printers and preparing print ready PDFs. Due to cut backs at the company I was working for, myself and several other designers were made redundant at the beginning of the year. Since then I have been working on a temporary basis for Eastbourne Borough Council.

I am passionate about design and have a very hardworking, creative manner. I give very close attention to detail when creating or editing work, whether it be image design, retouching or written work. I am friendly and easy to talk to and I enjoy working in a team environment.

Aside from gaining several higher education qualifications I also have more than 10 years of experience using computers which has given me a large knowledge base of technical faults and hardware assembly. In my spare time I have set up several home networks and built computers for friends, and regularly provide I.T. support to friends and family. As well as my PC experience I also have 6 years of Apple Mac experience.
