’In the Name of Honor’ is a campaign film for RED Center, a Danish organization providing anonymous help and advice as well as protection in safe houses for people exposed to honor-based abuse, violence, and negative social control.

The campaign film particularly reaches out to young people with multicultural backgrounds in need of support.

The creative team interviewed several victims of honor-based abuse. As the seriousness of their experiences became clear, the decision was made to stay true to the violent realities. All victims were in hiding at the time and located at numerous underground safe houses.
