For the last 2 years I have been working within the Financial field regulated by the FCA (Financial Conduct Authority) where I had to follow strict policies and guidelines in order to lend and manage clients account responsibly, to negotiate and take decisions under pressure to meet targets.
I have an IT Management Degree (2:1) and Telesales background working for MetLife Company for about three years, where I had to research and identify potential clients and decision makers within the organization and close the deal (B2B and B2C).
I believe my skills will help the company to deliver an exceptional Customer Service and meet targets.
