ABOUT

Brief: Market the letting of city centre apartments.

Background: The Elysian was built on the cusp of the global economic downturn. It stood for years as a beacon for all that was wrong with the over priced housing market in Ireland. New owners Blackstone Investments wanted to breathe life into the property now that the recession has eased and we are on the road to recovery.

Approach: I had to find a way to convince an already negative public, to consider living in the city. I devised the line “City Living Redefined” to show people that this iconic setting can provide a new dimension to apartment living. We proposed large window graphics on the ground and first floors to attract passing traffic and a rejuvenated website to drive people towards.

Outcome: It certainly worked for the client as they were inundated with calls for the phase 1 release of the apartments. They have now had a complete sell out of phase 1 and are about to launch phase 2, which will need to speak to the higher end market.
