Dornan Engineering one of Europe's largest engineering firms came to us looking to do a recruitment drive. They were looking for a strong overall concept to hang the campaign from. Using wordplay I developed the phrase "Engineer your career with Dornan". This was a very definite call to action for potential candidates. It put the ball in their court so to speak, the roles advertised were yours unless you convinced the employer otherwise. You just had to show your worth through your application.
