A very well established and popular bar in Cork city were going to allocate a portion of their large premises to a new gastro pub. The business plan was to sell drinks at a discount to entice after work drinkers in the area. A new pizza oven had been installed, this was also part of the business plan. Food and drink at a discounted price.

I named the pub - The Birdie Bar. As the pub was aimed at the after work market, it was going to be viewed as an early bar, similar to the restaurants "Early Bird" offerings.

I developed the brand, which was used across social media, internal posters, beer mats, signage and staff uniforms.
