Brief: Creative a platform to communicate sensitive messages internally to Pfizer colleagues in several plants in Cork, Ireland.

Background: Pfizer pharmaceuticals have 3 plants in Cork, Ireland. We have enjoyed a steady relationship with Pfizer Ireland for a number of years. Every few months they need help communicating sensitive material throughout their product plants and management buildings.

Approach: The process begins with Pfizer requesting my presence to discuss their need and timelines. I take the vast amount of information back to the office and spend hours pouring over it. Once I have understood what needs to be done, I settle on a style and begin to put a framework together.

Once the client has seen and approved the style, I put my resources to work and bring the piece to a finish. Usually these are large format infographic and sometimes they require it to be in a format that members of the senior management can present.

Outcome: Pfizer have always been extremely grateful and gracious towards me for delivering something they simply could not visualise themselves.
