These condom cases celebrate the feeling of sex, reflecting Durex's brand philosophy.

Taking inspiration from the simple geometric shapes of a condom, a square from the wrapper, concentric circles from the condom and triangles from the crimped edges I created a framework for the designs.

The concentric circles became an open mouth, eye and nipple, visual elements that hint at the pleasure of sex.

Then to push the idea further, the shapes form explosive patterns around the central motif to suggest the feeling of orgasm.

The idea of an explosion of pleasure is further reinforced with the colour treatment, using a bright colour gradient beneath the line work that suggests the energy of climax.
