part one UAE

ABOUT

The Challenge
In early 2023, Dubai's tourism authority approached us with an ambitious goal: to refresh their destination marketing materials across all digital platforms. They needed a visual content partner who could capture the emirate's diverse offerings—from heritage sites to ultra-modern attractions—while maintaining brand consistency across hundreds of deliverables.
The project requirements were demanding:

Over 200 unique photo and video assets needed within a tight 6-month window
Content had to appeal to international audiences across different demographics
Quick turnaround times to align with seasonal campaign launches
Coordination across multiple locations and stakeholders

Why They Chose Us
Having built our reputation since 2019, our team brought nearly eight years of collective experience working with both private enterprises and government organizations throughout the UAE. The tourism department was particularly impressed by three factors:
Proven Track Record with Government Entities
As a photography and videography service provider that has collaborated with over 150 government organizations, we understood the unique approval processes, security protocols, and quality standards required for public sector projects.
Scale and Capability
Our network of 150+ creative cinematographers and 50+ technicians meant we could deploy multiple crews simultaneously across different Emirates without compromising quality. This was crucial for meeting their aggressive timeline.
Rapid Delivery Infrastructure
Our 24-hour delivery capability for edited content allowed the marketing team to review materials quickly and make real-time adjustments—essential for a fast-moving campaign.
Our Approach
We assigned a dedicated project manager and divided the work into four thematic pillars: Heritage & Culture, Modern Dubai, Culinary Experiences, and Adventure & Nature. Each pillar had specialized teams, but we maintained creative cohesion through weekly alignment sessions.
For the Heritage & Culture segment—what we internally called "part one photography" of the project—we deployed our most experienced cinematographers who specialized in architectural and cultural documentation. This phase required particular sensitivity and technical expertise to properly light historical sites and capture authentic moments without disrupting visitor experiences.
Our technical team pre-scouted all 47 heritage locations, noting optimal shooting times for natural light, coordinating with site managers, and planning equipment logistics. This preparation proved invaluable when weather windows were limited.
Execution Highlights
The production phase demonstrated why our experience matters. When unexpected sandstorms delayed outdoor shoots at Al Fahidi Historical District, our team immediately pivoted to interior locations while our weather monitoring technicians identified a perfect three-hour window the following dawn. That flexibility, built from years of UAE-based production work, saved the project timeline.
Our 24-hour delivery commitment was tested when the client requested rush edits for an international trade show announcement. We delivered 15 fully edited showcase videos within 18 hours, allowing their team to finalize presentations on schedule.
Throughout the project, our cinematographers captured over 3,000 photographs and 140 hours of raw footage. Our post-production team worked in coordinated shifts to ensure that reviewed content moved through color grading, audio mixing, and final export without bottlenecks.
Results and Impact
The campaign launched across 12 international markets with overwhelmingly positive response:

Tourism board reported 34% higher engagement rates on social media compared to previous campaigns
Three videos achieved over 2 million organic views within the first month
Client extended our contract for an additional year-long retainer
Our work was featured in the authority's annual showcase presented to international stakeholders

The project reinforced our position as a trusted partner for large-scale government visual content needs. More importantly, it demonstrated that our infrastructure—built methodically since 2019—could handle complex, high-stakes projects without compromising our commitment to quality or speed.
Client Testimonial
"Working with this team felt less like hiring a vendor and more like gaining a production partner. Their understanding of our vision, combined with their technical capabilities and reliability, made what could have been a stressful project remarkably smooth. The 24-hour turnaround wasn't just a promise—they delivered on it consistently."
