ABOUT

The Coca-Cola Company invited Greeks to recycle their plastic bottles through their “Zero Waste Beaches” initiative.

An integrated campaign asked users to chat with Coca-Cola’s Facebook Messenger chatbot and show it a photo of their plastic bottle. Using AI, the chatbot is able to recognize the brand, type and material of the bottle. It then lets them choose to transform it into sunbeds, sand decks or changing rooms made of recycled plastic, and select the Greek beach they want this item to be donated to.
