A design/build firm needed a concept 3D rendering for their next project. I reviewed the budget, interior size and necessary functions and reviewed input from the owner. The owner wanted an upscale combination restaurant/bar/lounge. I used commercial grade, easily cleanable tile flooring, reflective surfaces to visually enlarge the space, and a custom painted bar to stay with a modern treatment. I maximized seating with minimal, comfortable chair and stools. The design is upscale but not formal, just the type of place for a gathering after work.
