Concept: This project was done with a remote owner group and remodeled as an investment property. The property is a condo in the entertainment district of Austin, TX, USA. The space planning and design maximized and enhanced the living space, while being developed during a major supply chain interruption for materials.

Execution: Remote 3D graphic development of concepts, space plans, specifications and completed within 4 months despite supply chain issues and labor shortages. Project management was also done mostly remote.

Results: Completed ahead of schedule which maximized the owners' ability to lease the space as an AirBnB.
