ABOUT

ATRD is a volunteer-led independent campaign working with cross sector partners to address the under-representation of people from Black and Asian backgrounds on charity trustee Boards. They aim to support charities to bridge the 6% under-representation gap (from 8% to 14%) by recruiting an additional 10,000 Black and Asian trustees by 2026. We supported ATRD in the design of their groundbreaking report ‘From here to diversity: A Practical Guide to recruiting Black and Asian charity trustees’. In partnership with Getting on Board and supported by the Co-op Foundation, the report was created to make a difference by helping to build more representative and inclusive charities.
