Overview
Plasticine has been around for more than 100 years. It was invented in 1897 by William Harbutt. Harbutt was an art teacher in England who was looking for new material for his sculpture students. The formula he came up with resulted in a non- toxic, soft, and malleable material that does not dry even when it’s exposed to air.

Challenge
To design a new logo and packaging for Plasticine.

Result
We created the new logo from Plasticine itself! Using a thought bubble and new strapline to highlight the endless imagination. The logo was so well received it’s been rolled out across Flair’s (Plasticine’s Brand owner) European packaging as well as the original UK market..
